Broden Randy Kelly, Tim Scott, Regina Williams- Preston, Karen White, Dr. David Varner Kareemah Fowler, Michael Passavoir, Aladean De Rose, Adriana Rodriguez Bill No. 16 -90 — Requesting annual progress reports on each neighborhood and development plan Substitute Bill No. 41 -16 — Commerce Center PUD Rezoning petition at 401 E. Colfax Committee Chair Oliver Davis called the meeting to order with two (2) items on the agenda. Bill No. 16 -90 — Requesting annual progress reports on each neighborhood and development plan Committee Chair Oliver Davis served as the petitioner and presenter for this bill. He stated that he is not going to move forward with this at this time and will ask the Committee to continue the bill until January 9th, 2017. Councilmember Regina Williams- Preston stated that she wants to make sure the Westside Main Streets Plan is listed in the bill. Committee Chair Davis stated that he will make sure it is included. He stated, The hope is to pass this in the beginning of January and move forward and establish this for the 2017 year. We have a lot of development going on in the City and we want to make sure we are monitoring how it affects what the City has pledged to do in our various plans.
