SECTION IV— REMARKS (Please reference the proper item number from Sections I, II or III, if applicable) <br />Section I, Item 13 <br />State funding in the amount of $17,988.00 represents funds applied for through <br />Title XX for contract year 1980 -81. <br />Local funding represents funds received for provision of shelter care for wards <br />of the Department of Public Welfare. Since the shelter is a licensed group home a <br />per diem of $14.00 is charged. <br />Other funds represent a proposed L.E.A.A. grant, a portion or $11,470.00 of <br />which will be used to support one counselor.
