The Community Development Program will coordinate bikeway <br />planning with MACOG, Area Plan Commission, City Park Department, South Bend <br />Public Library, School City and several institutions of higher learning in the <br />community. <br />CITIZEN PARTICIPATION <br />Citizen participation will take the form of review and comment by the <br />Citizen Advisory Council (CAC). The CAC is a body for citizen participation <br />comprised of representatives of the NSA's, business, school legal and other <br />concerns.
