Verkler, Inc. by Harlan Lusk Non -Collusion Affidavits signed by Harlan Lusk Standard Questionnaires and Financial Statement for Bidders is not in proper amount: The bids will be examined andawarded within the statutory limits. BUILDING DEPARTMENT - SUB -STANDARD DIVISION ( HEARINGS ) Comes now John Grabarz before the Board of Public Safety with reference to a dwelling at 107 N. Carlisle Street. Mr. Grabarz explained,to the X Board that a prospective buyer had failed to appear on the condemnation order. Permission granted for the Building Department to advertise for bids for demolition. Bids to be taken in two weeks, or March 2, 1964. With reference to property at 1712 N. Eclipse Place, Mr. Ducomb stated it is the consensus of opinion of the Board that a year has been granted to do something about this property. This time had been given to Mr. Jay Lynch, owner. The property has been sited as a sub -standard building. Since nothing has been done to improve this building, Mr. DuComb, with the approval of the Board, granted Mr. Jay Lynch 45 days to tear this home down and clean up the debris. TRAFFIC ENGINEER: ATTEND TRAFFIC CONTROL SCHOOL Permission was granted to Clem Hazinski, Traffic Engineer, to send two men to Marbelite Traffic Control School at Fort Wayne, Indiana on February 18, 1964. The men who will attend are Roger DeClercq and Kay James of the Electrical Department. TRAFFIC ENGINEER: ATTEND MEETING Permission granted to Clem Hazinski, Traffic Engineer, to attend an institute of Traffic Engineering Meeting at Indianapolis, Indiana on Thursday, February 20, 1964. TRAFFIC ENGINEER: TRAFFIC SIGNS Following the recommendation of Clem Hazinski, the following installations were approved: 2 - No Parking signs at 2012 $ 2008 Linden Avenue No Parking signs on south side of 900 block of Lincoln Way West Yield Sign installed on Olive Street, northwest corner, at Sample Time limit signs installed on north side of 100 block of E. Donald Street Time limit signs installed at 1406 Western Avenue Time limit signs installed at 2903-2909 and 2913 western Avenue Time limit zone extended on north side of 100 E. Bowman Street from Michigan Street to 1st alley east of Michigan Street.
