S /z - 3U il'Fv /SAD Charter Agreement of the South Bend - St. Joseph County Employment and Training Consortium This Charter Agreement made this day of , 1980, By and Between The County of St. Joseph and The City of South Bend, pursuant to the Authority granted by Section 18 -5 -1 at seq. of the Indiana Code, i.e. Interlocal Cooperation Act. Now, therefore, it is mutually agreed as follows: I. The participating jurisdictions hereby create the South Bend - St. Joseph County Employment and Training Consortium, hereafter Consortium, a joint venture between the City of South Bend and St. Joseph County. 2. The Consortium shall exist in perpetuity, subject however to dissolution by Agreement of the govern- ing bodies of the participating jurisdictions. 3. The Consortium is created for the purpose of pro- viding employment and training services in accord with the provisions of the Comprehensive Employment and Training Act of 1978, as Amended, to eligible residents within the geographical boundaries of St. Joseph County including the City of South Bend.
