January 6, 1964 <br />A regular meeting of the Board of Public Safety was held on`Monday, <br />January 69 1964 at 10:00 A.M. All members were present. Minutes of <br />the last special meeting were read and approved. <br />SPECIAL POLICE COMMISSIONS <br />The following Special Police Commissions were approved by the Board <br />and ordered placed on file: <br />Elmer John Coil, Special Police for Street Department <br />Kenneth C. Clawson, Special Police for Electrical Inspection <br />Lee Herbert Klingebiel, Special Police, Electrical Inspection. <br />Robert Leo Johnson$. Special Police, Electrical"Inspection <br />SPECIAL POLICE BONDS <br />The following Special Police Bonds were submitted for renewal and <br />approved by the Board and ordered placed on file: <br />Special Police Bond for Special Police Officer Stanley V. <br />Grayzck, Torrington Co. <br />Special Police Bond for Special Police Officer James Shields, <br />Shanahan & Co. <br />APPLICATIONS ( POLICE DEPARTMENT) <br />The following applications for the Police Department were accepted <br />and ordered placed on file: William Earl Hoyes, Paul Joseph <br />Churchill. <br />APPLICATIONS ( FIRE DEPARTMENT) <br />The following applications for the Fire Department were accepted and <br />ordered placed on file: Paul Joseph Churchill, John Merland Becker, <br />Jr. <br />APPROVAL OF APPOINTMENTS: ELECTRICAL DEPARTMENT <br />The following appointments for the City Electrical Department were <br />approved by the Board: ' <br />Supt. Jefferson, owned by Leonard Campanale, which <br />hearing had been continued. <br />Advertisements had been placed for demolition of this structure but, <br />since only one bid was received the case was continued so that the <br />
