Daren <br />Assistant Director <br />The attached Resolution when approved gives Common Council concurrence <br />for a rehabilitation contract in excess of $5,000.00 between the <br />Redevelopment Commission and the stated contractor. <br />The contract presented in this resolution is the successful bidder <br />received for the roofing job on the YWCA, 802 N.
