7 <br />u <br />L] <br />September 21, 1963 <br />A special meeting of the Board of Public Safety was held on Saturday, <br />September 219 1963 at 10:30 A.M. All members were present. The <br />Following business was transacted: <br />s <br />Rft <br />The Board having considered the evidence in the hearing against Officer <br />Floyd Chrapliwy held on the 13th day of September, 1963, how finds <br />that he has violated the regulations heretofor filed against him and <br />the finding of the Board is as follows: <br />That Officer Floyd Chrapliwy is suspended from duly for 29 days beginning <br />on the 25th day of August, 1963 to and including the 22nd day of <br />September, and all take home compensation which is due him from the <br />25th day of August to the 22nd day of September should be forfeited and <br />said sum of money shall be paid to the Police Pension Fund. <br />Officer Floyd Chrapliwy will return to duty at 10:45 P.M. Sunday, <br />September 22nd for his regular work day on the 23rd. <br />There being no further business to come before the Board, the meeting <br />was adiourned at 10:50 A.M. <br />Attest: A th y J.
