W, 1 L April 1, 1963 A regular meeting of the Board of Public Safety was held on Monday, April-11, 1963 at 10:00 A.M. All members were present. Minutes of the last regular meeting were read and approved. Vouchers were approved and ordered paid to the various suppliers. OPENING".I OF BIDS:POL10EDEPARTMENr, (. SEDANS; & MOTORCYCLES_) The time now being after 10%00 A.M. it was so announced and bids for the Police Department requirements for 7 Four Door Sedans, 3 Four Door Sedans, Heavy Dutyq and 3 Two -wheel Motorcycles were opened and read aloud. Proofs of Publication from The South Bend Tribune with affidavit signed by Robert DeLong and The Record with affidavit signed by W. Joseph Doran were found sufficient.
