February 4, 1963 A regular meeting of the Board of Public Safety was held on Monday, February 41 1963 at 10:00 A.M. All members were present. Minutes of the last regular meeting were read and approved. Vouchers were approved and ordered paid to the various suppliers. OPENING OF BIDS: TRAFFIC ENGINEERC HEAT LAMP VACUUM SIGN APPLICATOR PICK-UP TRUCK, STATION WAGON )_ The time now being after 10:00 A.M. it was so announced and bids were opened and read aloud for the following pieces of equipment for the Traffic Engineer: 1. Heat Lamp Vacuum Sign Applicator 2. 2 Ton Pick-up Truck 3. Station 1111agon Proofs of Publication from The South Bend Tribune with affidavit signed by Robert De Long and The Record with affidavit signed by W. Joseph Doran were found sufficient.
