M "Sgction 117.0 Removal of Buildings 11117.3 Public Hearing. Within ten (10) days after application for permit has been filed with the Building Official and before permit is issued, a hearing shall be held before the Board of Public Works and Safety. The Board shall hear all evidence pertaining to the moving of the structure in question as such move may affect public health, safety or welfare and possible physical damage to streets, sidewalks or other properties. The Board shall reach a decision from its findings at the hearing and the Building Official shall consider such decision as a final order to issue or refuse to issue permit to move the structure in question over the given route." After hearing all persons who appeared on the premises, it was the decision of the Board that the proposed house move was not in violation Of any Code or Ordinances and the move from 220 W. Nivarre to 2429 W. Bertrand Street was approved. TRAFFIC ENGINEER ( PERMISSION: ATTEND MEETING ) Comes now Clem Hazinski, Traffic Engineer, and requests permission to attend a Traffic Engineers' Meeting in Indianapolis on July 26, 1962. Permission granted.
