Daren <br />Assistant Director <br />Attached is a Resolution requesting Common Council approval for the <br />awarding of rehabilitation contracts in excess of $5,000.00 to the <br />stated contractors. All of the homes listed on the resolution are <br />being rehabilitated through the Grant Program. As is custom, the <br />Bureau Grant Advisory Board and Redevelopment Commission have <br />reviewed the bids and recommend the awarding of the contract to <br />the contractor indicated on the resolution.
