An offering price of $735.00 was previously <br />established. <br />219/284 -9412 <br />The individual interested in purchasing the lot is <br />an adjacent property owner who is desirous of cleaning the <br />lot and fencing in the lot as an addition to his present <br />property. <br />The Board of Public Works, on October 6, 1980, <br />approved the sale of the above parcel of real estate for <br />the amount of $200 and respectfully requests the Council's <br />concurrence in this matter so as to allow this vacant land <br />to be placed back on the tax rolls. <br />Sincerely, <br />BOARD OF PUBLIC WORKS <br />Barbara J.
