Auburn <br />Member <br />Carl Ellison <br />Executive Director <br />Attached to this letter is a certified copy of <br />Resolution #621 adopted by the South Bend Redevelopment <br />Commission on August 8, 1980, amending its Declaratory <br />Resolution for the Central Downtown Project, Indiana R -66, <br />to provide for certain land use changes. <br />Also enclosed is a copy of the Area Plan Resolution <br />No. 53 passed by the Area Plan Commission of St. Joseph <br />County, Indiana on September 16, 1980, which resolution <br />approves, ratifies and confirms the Resolution No. 621 <br />adopted by the Redevelopment Commission of South Bend, and <br />a proposed resolution of the Common Council of the City <br />of South Bend approving the Urban Renewal Plan together <br />with the proposed amendments thereto. <br />Your adoption of the proposed resolution will permit <br />the Redevelopment Commission to proceed with the plan change. <br />We urge your favorable action on this resolution. <br />The above documents are on file in the City Clerk's <br />office and Redevelopment Department. <br />Attachments <br />AK: j az <br />
