The Land Use Provisions and Building Requirements enumerated <br />above will be in full force and effect when they are first <br />recorded in the office of the Recorder of St. Joseph County. <br />They will continue in such force and effect for a period of <br />thirty (30) years from that date. <br />Applicability of the Urban Renewal Plan Objectives and the Land <br />Use Provisions and Building Requirements to Real Property Not to <br />be Acquired. <br />5. The Urban Renewal Plan Objectives and the Land Use Provisions and <br />building Requirements enumerated above will be applicable to real <br />property included within the project area.
