Auburn <br />sion on October 3, 1980, designating the East Bank <br />Member <br />Development Area, declaring the East Bank Development <br />Area to be blighted and approving Development Plan and <br />conditions under which relocation payments will be <br />made. <br />Also enclosed is a copy of the Area Plan Resolution <br />No. 54 passed by the Area Plan Commission of St. Joseph <br />County, Indiana on October 21, 1980, which resolution <br />approves, ratifies and confirms the Resolution No. 626 <br />adopted by the Redevelopment Commission of South Bend, <br />a proposed resolution of the Common Council of the City <br />of South Bend approving the Development Plan and a copy <br />of the East Bank Development Plan. <br />Your adoption of the proposed resolution will permit the <br />Redevelopment Commission to proceed with the declaration <br />of the East Bank Development Area. <br />I urge your favorable action on this resolution. <br />Sincerely, <br />Ann Kolata <br />AK:amc <br />Enclosures <br />
