Daren <br />Assistant Director <br />The attached Resolution presents six (6) rehabilitation contracts which will <br />result in the repair of six (6) homes through the Rehabilitation Grant program. <br />A limit of $11,000.00 has been established as the maximum for Grant assistance. <br />Among the contracts listed on the resolution is a contract in the amount of <br />$16,670.00. The amount of the rehabilitation in excess of $11,000.00 for this <br />particular structure will be paid for through a Section 312 Loan that the client <br />has obtained.
