UTILITIES COMMITTEE SEPTEMBER 28, 2009
Utilities Committee Member Ann Puzzello called the meeting to order at 3:15 p.m. and noted that
there was not a quorum.
Committee Members Present: Ann Puzzello, Tom LaFountain
Other Councilmember's Present: David Varner, Henry Davis, Jr., Timothy Rouse, Karen L. White
Other's Present: Gary Gilot, Carl Littrell, John Voorde
Agenda: Bill No. 76-09 -Create Sewage Works Debt Service Reserve Fund #653
Filling in, though not having a quorum, Committee Member Ann Puzzello opened the hearing on
Bill No. 76-09 by calling upon Gary Gilot, Director of Public Works for a presentation.
Mr. Gilot explained this was a concession to a recommendation that a special fund be created for
debt reserve monies required to be held for sewage works bonds. It would allow clean
accounting and tracking of these monies.
There were no questions, without a quorum no action was taken.
There being no further business to come before the Committee at this time, Committee Member
Ann Puzzello adjourned the meeting at 3:34 p.m.
Respectfully Submitted,
Ann Puzzello, Committee Member
Utilities Committee
