<br />ZONING AND ANNEXATION SEPTEMBER 28 2009 <br />AI "Buddy" Kirsits, Chairperson, Zoning and Annexation Committee called the meeting to order at <br />3:54 p.m. <br />Committee Members Present: David Varner, Tom LaFountain <br />Other Councilmember's Present: Timothy Rouse, Henry Davis, Ann Puzzello, Karen White <br />Other's Present: Chuck Bulot; Mike Danch, Kathleen Cekanski-Farrand, John Voorde <br />Agenda: Bill No. 09-61 Special Exception -1434 Garland Circle <br />With a quorum present Chairperson Kirsits opened the hearing on Bill No. 09-61. Chuck Bulot <br />was called upon to report on the actions of the BZA having held a hearing on 9-2-09. The <br />recommendation of the BZA was unanimously unfavorable. Bulot stated 40-50 concerned <br />residents opposed to the petition were at the Board of Zoning Appeals (BZA) hearing. <br />Mike Danch, representing the petitioner, chose not to argue a case asking the bill be withdrawn. <br />Hearing the request Tom LaFountain moved to strike.
