Bendix) <br /> <br /> <br />(4) Proposal for professional services in the <br />Airport Economic Development Area. <br />(Survey to update legal description) <br /> <br />Mr. Schalliol noted that staff requested a <br />proposal from The Abonmarche Group for <br />the rewriting of the legal description for the <br />Airport Economic Development Area. The <br />proposal is in the amount of $4,400. When <br />the Airport Economic Development Area <br />was merged with the Sample-Ewing <br />Development Area, the two legal <br />descriptions were never independently <br />verified. We believe there are a couple of <br />errors that need to be corrected. Also, the <br />current legal description includes about ten <br />separate legal descriptions that added <br />individual properties. We would like one <br />complete, accurate legal description of the <br /> 8 <br /> <br />
