Airport Economic Development Area <br /> <br />(1) continued… <br /> <br />CRN.2609 <br />Upon a motion by Ms. King, seconded by <br />OMMISSION APPROVED ESOLUTION O <br />RELATED TO ACQUISITION OF PROPERTY IN THE <br />Mr. Downes and unanimously carried, the <br />AEDA. <br />IRPORT CONOMIC EVELOPMENT REA <br />Commission approved Resolution No. 2609 <br />(1508S.T) <br /> AYLOR <br />related to acquisition of property in the <br />Airport Economic Development Area. (1508 <br />S. Taylor) <br /> <br /> <br />(2) Resolution No. 2610 approving and <br />accepting a counter offer for the <br />acquisition of property in the Airport <br />Economic Development Area. (1508 S. <br />Taylor) <br /> <br />Mr. Relos noted that the owner of 1508 S. <br />Taylor has submitted a counter offer in the <br />amount of $41,000. This is the amount they <br />paid for the property in 2002 (verified by <br />staff). The owner feels with the <br />improvements and upkeep to the property <br />they have made over the years, that that <br />would be a fair price.
