U.S. <br />Geological Survey contributions for this agreement are $1,800 for a combined total of <br />$4,800. Please sign and return one fully -executed original to Tonja Clark at the address <br />Indianapolis above. <br />The USGS completed water level measurements in the observation well network in <br />northeastern St. Joseph County in July 2016. The record of groundwater levels in that <br />network can be viewed with descriptive graphs and statistics at the website: <br />litti)s:"arounchvaterwatch.ustts.[!ov/netmapT'41,1 asi.)?ncd=1S.1 In a separate development <br />not related to this agreement, in August 2016, the USGS as part of its Climate Response <br />Network added real-time monitoring to a groundwater well in northeastern St. Joseph <br />County near the border with Elkhart County. That data can be viewed, also with <br />descriptive graphs and statistics at <br />httus://¢rouruiyy;uenvatch.uses.xov/AWLSitcs.asp?S=414202086035002 <br />Federal law requires that we have a signed agreement before we start or continue work. <br />Please return the signed agreement by February 1, 2017. If, for any reason, the <br />agreement cannot be signed and returned by the date shown above, please contact Paul <br />Buszka by phone number (317) 600-2779 or email pmbuszka@usgs.gov to make <br />alternative arrangements. <br />This is a fixed cost agreement to be billed annually via Down Payment Request <br />(automated Form DI-1040).
