PROJECT: Potawatomi Zoo Parking Lot Striping SUBJECT: Change Order Number 1, Time Extension ISSUE DATE: January 24, 2017 This Change Order to the Contract document shall supplement, amend, and shall become a part of, and be incorporated as an Addendum to the Contract. The following is a summary and description of the revisions to the Contract by this Change Order: The intent of bidding this project in December of 2016 was to take advantage of the warm weather and try to have the striping completed before the winter months. Unfortunately, the weather turned right as we awarded this project and has not increased to a temperature that would allow for the striping to be completed. Because of this, we need to extend the contract completion date to accommodate for the inclement weather. A copy of the contractor's justification of additional costs and time is attached to this document. The following sections of the Contract Documents are revised as a result of the above changes: Prosecution and Progress: Revise: The project will have a completion date of danuaFy 13017 March 13, 2017 for all work. The contract time will start when the Notice to Proceed is delivered and signed. END CHANGE ORDER 1 SHEET 1 OF 1
