The Lincoln Electric Company $ 427,812.23 <br />The Division of Engineering has reviewed all of the bids and recommends that the Board <br />award the contract to the lowest responsive / responsible bidder, The Lincoln Electric Company, <br />in the amount of $427,812.23.
