EXHIBIT A <br />Requested Services <br />1. Receipt and review of requests for the Redevelopment Commission's financing and/or <br />other support for Projects and negotiation of transactional terms related thereto. <br />2. Preparation of documents related to the redevelopment of property in the Areas pursuant <br />to the Development Plans and/or Project -related agreements and, where necessary, <br />presentation of the same to the Redevelopment Commission. <br />3. Review and approval of documents prepared by others related to the redevelopment of <br />property in the Areas pursuant to the Development Plans and/or Project -related <br />agreements. <br />4. Consultation with relevant departments and employees of the City of South Bend <br />concerning the redevelopment of property in the Areas pursuant to the Development Plans <br />and/or Project -related agreements. <br />5. Other services related to the Projects, as directed by the Contract Administrator. <br />
