In addition to completing this simple form, Toter <br />requires photos of issues to be uploaded: <br />Picture must be of defective or damaged area on cart or lid. For body <br />damage, please take at least one picture of the serial number and 1 of the <br />defect. For lids please take at least 2 differing pictures of the defect. <br />The claim will be processed upon customer submission of the website claim form. <br />Toter continually aims to improve our customers' experience with our warranty process <br />as well as improving the quality of our overall product. <br />
