6 Terms and Conditions <br />6.1 Payment Terms <br />Standard Automation Division terms for a robotic system or parts order are 60% due with order and <br />40% due net-30 days after shipment, unless otherwise approved by Lincoln Electric Automation <br />Management. <br />6.2 Standard Terms And Conditions <br />Delivery: <br />Estimated shipping date is 14-16 weeks based on current build schedule activity. Actual shipping <br />timeline may vary, and is to be determined based on production schedule at the time an order is <br />received and confirmed. The above prices are in effect for thirty (30) days from date of quotation. <br />Terms/Conditions and Transfer of Title: <br />Unless explicitly specified in the system proposal, shipping is invoiced separately from the main system. <br />Title to the shipment to the Buyer at the time the carrier accepts the shipment. <br />Prices do NOT include state and local taxes. <br />UCC Filing may be required. <br />Robot Programming and System Functionality Run Off <br />Note: The scope of robot programming and system functionality run off is defined by what is listed in <br />this quote. All verbal and written communications must be appended to this quotation to be included <br />in the scope of the project. Any verbal or written communication surrounding robot <br />programming and system functionality run off not documented or appended in this quote will <br />not be honored. This option includes system functionality verification and basic programming of <br />customer part(s).. Weld development, destructive, or non-destructive testing are addressed in the <br />"Weld Development" section. Robot programming and system functionality is only verified for parts, <br />prints, and models presented to Lincoln Electric. <br />To be determined before firm pricing is given: <br />1. Review of the part(s) — prints, 3D models, or actual parts required <br />a. 3D models preferred <br />2. Variation of parts to be welded <br />3.
