Here's the sequence of operation as well:
Step 1: Pneumatically extend timing feature
Step 2: Move roller carriages to correct position
Step 3: Load part
Step 4: Pneumatically extend end pusher to seat part against hard stop
Step 5: Rotate part until clocked against timing feature
Step 6: Actuate down force clamps on rollers (engaging grounding feature as well)
Step 7: Pneumatically retract timing feature
Step 8: Begin weld operation through completion
Step 9: Pneumatically retract end pusher
Step 10: Unclamp down force clamps
Step 11: Unload part
Note:
As long as there is one of the two flanges that is not at an angel (this will be the hard
stop side), we will design a functional feature that will apply a force to the part to keep
it seated against the hard stop. This feature will have a degree of compliance that
allows it to move in and out with the angled flange and rotate freely.
L56 ED032906 Qty 1
2000lbs of .045" L56 ED032906 $1.18/lb = $3600 value (At no charge)
Run -Off Requirment Qty 1
Provide qty. 5 of the following part numbers listed below:
129729
129755
131063
131217
131394
These parts will be used for the run-off in Cleveland.
