<br />Mr. Gilot stated there is a request to table the award of this quotation at this time. Therefore, Ms.

<br />amount be increased by $28,265.47 for a new contractsum, including this Change Order, in the
<br />amount of $4,277,077.38. Upon. a motion made by Mr. Mueller, seconded by Ms. Dorau and
<br />carried, the Change Order was approved.

<br />Mr. Gilot advised that Mr. Toy Villa, Engineering, has submitted Change Order No. 1 (Final) on
<br />behalf of HRP Construction Co., 5777 Cleveland Road, South Bend, Indiana 46628, indicating
<br />the contract amount be decreased by $7,717.50 for a new contract sum, including this Change
<br />Order, of $59,500.55. Additionally submitted was the Project Completion Affidavit indicating
<br />this new final cost of S59,500.55. Upon a motion made by Ms. Doran, seconded by Mr. Mueller
<br />and carried, Change Order No. 1 (Final) and the Project Completion Affidavit were approved.

<br />46628, indicating the contract amount be decreased by $1,380.00 for a new contract sum,
<br />including this Change Order, of $46,210.00. Additionally submitted was the Project Completion
<br />Affidavit indicating this new final cost of S46,210.00. Upon a motion made by Ms. Doran,
<br />seconded by Mr. Mueller and carried, Change Order No. 1 (Final) and the Project Completion
<br />Affidavit were approved.
