The business will operate as an animal kennel only, not a <br />veterinarian hospital. The vast majority of customers will drop off or pick up their pets; therefore, the <br />required 15 spaces is excessive. A total of three customer parking spaces are proposed, which is <br />appropriate and sufficient for the proposed use. Four employee parking spaces are provided within the <br />existing garage structures on the site. In addition, the property will comply with all ADA requirements. <br />
