Metered water charges shall be the larger of the minimum <br />charges of Subsection (b) and or the rate charges of Subsection (a) of this Section. In the <br />case of multiple meters under a single billing entity, the charges shall be computed for <br />each meter separately, not the summation of usage. <br />(d) Monthly public fire protection charges.
