Revise the Master Plan from city comments received. <br />2. Develop Presentation Exhibits and preliminary plan graphics for each trail corridor to <br />define the location and alignment of the pedestrianibicycle facility in relation to the existing <br />conditions, site features, and other proposed improvements including concept graphics for <br />each bridge location to define bridge location, alignment, elevation, structure, and <br />connection to the proposed trail improvements. <br />Prepare aerial overview exhibit for use describing the finalized concepts and design to <br />include overall network plan, corridor plans, and facility standards and cross -sections. <br />4. Prepare visual presentation exhibits and coordinate meeting material with city staff. <br />5. Review the Master Plan with the City. <br />a. Provide electronic copies of the document to be circulated for feedback. <br />b. Revise the Master Plan based on comments provided. <br />6. Finalize Master Plan <br />a. Revise and refine the Master Plan based on feedback received from the Owner and <br />prepare the following deliverables: <br />1) Overall trail network plan exhibit <br />2) Concept layout and alignment plans for each of the three alignment corridors. <br />3) Conceptual layout and elevation plans for each of the two bridge crossings. <br />4) Concept typical cross sections to define pedestrian/bicycle facility width and <br />placement within the right-of-way <br />5) Prepared document that will include concepts, cost opinions, recommended <br />implementation plan to include phasing and sequencing of projects. <br />PART 2 — ADDITIONAL SERVICES <br />A2.01 Additional Services Requiring Owner's Written Authorization <br />A.
