Following each report, upon Customer request, the parties will <br />discuss such performance and the extent to which any Service Credits either are appropriate or <br />should be modified due to circumstances not captured by the reporting methodology. <br />Upon agreement concerning the Service Credits due, such Service Credits will be applied against <br />Badger Meter's charges in the months following the month in which the credits were incurred. <br />©2016 Badger Meter, Inc.
