FYI ... Royal Adhesives and Sealants's permit includes the following: <br />1) Royal Adhesives and Sealants shall report flow monthly. <br />2) Royal Adhesives and Sealants's Authorized Representative shall sign all reports including <br />but not limited to Periodic Compliance Reports (PCR), Slug Control Plans, Flow <br />Measurement Plans, and corrective actions in response to permit violations. <br />3) Royal Adhesives and Sealants, LLC shall submit a "Flow Measurement Plan" within ninety (90) <br />days of the effective date of this permit, as described in Part III (1). <br />4) Royal Adhesives and Sealants, LLC shall notify the Pretreatment Group orally within twenty four <br />(24) hours of becoming aware of a permit violation, and must follow up in writing with details and <br />corrective action within five (5) days. <br />5) Royal Adhesives and Sealants, LLC shall submit a Slug Control Plan within ninety (90) days of <br />the effective date of this permit. This plan shall be resubmitted every even numbered year, 2016, <br />2018, 2020...
