PETITION STREET LIGHT - L300 E. WASHINGTON <br />A petition from residents on E. Washington Street to install a street light in <br />the 1300 Block was filed by the Board and the Secretary was instructed to send <br />same to Eugene Radecki for Study -:and recommendation. <br />PETITION - RECOMMENDATION FROM TRAFFIC', DIRECTOR -YOUR WAY STOP AT SHERIDAN <br />AND ARDMORE <br />Mr. Clem Hazinski, Traffic Director, submitted a comprehensive report along with <br />recommendations. This report was filed by the Board and will be stddied and <br />further recommendation made at a later date. <br />CM'LAINT - WOODLAWN BLVD - RESIDENTS - <br />A letter of complaint from several residents on Woodlawn Avenue forwarded from <br />Dick Geib, City Councilman, complaining about the "Woodlawn Raceway" during <br />the summertime and asked that the City work out some slowing device. <br />The Board asked that the Secretary refer this letter to the Traffic Engineer <br />and the Police Department. <br />MILITARY LEAVE - OFFICER K. DELINSKI <br />A request submitted and approved by Chief Hampton for Officer K. Delinski to <br />attend Summer Camp training from June 19 through July 3, 1966 for fifteen days <br />Military Leave for the 192nd Ordnance Company Supply Depot of the Sected <br />Reserve Force. The Board agprDved the leave. <br />SPECIAL POLICE APPLICATION HUBERT D. STULTS <br />Hubert D. Stults of the Romy Hammes Corporation applied for a Special. Police <br />License. This was signed by the Board but approval by the Police Dept. will <br />be held up until a bond is received. <br />TRAFFIG-ZIGN - MADISON ST <br />Mr. Clem Hazinski, Traffic Director, asked that the following sign be approved <br />at the June 13 Board meeting. <br />2 Hour Parking limit signs at 402 E. Madison Street. <br />SPECIALPOLICE BOND - LEROY BATCHELOR <br />A special police Officers Bond for LeRoy Batchelor to run from June 7, 1966 <br />to 1967 was approved and ordered filed by the Board. <br />POLICE DEPARTNIENT - MONTHLY REPORT <br />The monthly report for May was submitted by Chief Hampton and ordered filed by <br />the Board. <br />POLICE DEPARTMENT - APPLICATION <br />An application for the Police Department from Terry Lee Hough was ordered filed <br />by the Board. <br />FIRE DEPARTMENT - APPLICATION <br />An application from Arthur Jack Harley for the Fire Department was ordered filed <br />by the Board. <br />STREET LIGHT OUTAGE REPORTS <br />The street light outage Deports were approved and ordered filed by the Board. <br />There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned at 11:00 A.
