H. wood pole <br />at $4.45 per mo <br />$ 36.40 <br />2.00 <br />38.40 Mo. <br />$460.80 Yr. <br />$ 165.85 Mo. <br />$1,190.20 Yr. <br />$ 137.95 mo. <br />$1,655.40 Yr. <br />A request to have permission to trim trees would have to be issued vl.ong <br />with the approval of this proposal. This would also add to better street <br />lighting on Portage Avenue. <br />The preceding proposal on this lighting plan was referred to Mr. Taylor <br />City Engineer for further study. <br />TMMICE ENGINEER - STOP SIGN <br />Mr. Clem Haznski, Traffic Engineer, asked that the following be added to <br />the records of this meeting. <br />"STOP sign and post at the exit of the new Atanl.ey Clark School in <br />the 1000 block of E. Donmoyer on the south side of the street. <br />POND SPECIAL POLICE VA KIRK <br />A renewal of the special police bond for Maria Mia Van Kirk was signed by <br />Chief Hampton and approved by the Board to be filed. <br />POLICE APPLICATION - CALVIN EVERLY <br />En application for the Police Department -from. Calvin James Everly was approved <br />and ordered filed by the Board. <br />STREET OUTAGE REPORTS <br />The street outage reports for the week were approved and ordered filed. <br />There being no further business the meeting was adjourned at 11:00 A.
