M <br />BUILDING DEPARTNIENT: SUB -STANDARD DIVISION ( IJEARINGS) <br />Mr. Ale.x Niedbalski, 6vmer of property located at 625 E. Keasey Street, <br />appeared before the Board as directed to show cause ilfhy this property <br />had -not been repaired as ordered. <br />This structure is in sub -standard condition and is presently occupied. <br />Mx. Richard Liszewski, Director of the Sub -Standard Division, advised <br />the Board that this property is in such bad condition that it should <br />be posted and demolished. <br />Mr. Niedbalski informed the Board that he was unable financially to <br />make the necessary repairs or to pay for demolishing same. <br />After hearing M% Niedbalski, the Board ruled that the property be <br />demolished by the City and a lien put on the property. M-r. Liszewski <br />was directed to notify the present tenant of such intention and to <br />proceed with demolition orders. <br />With reference to property located at 1002 N. Eddy Street., owned by <br />Eddy Lee Byrd, Mr. Liszewski advised the Board that the ov.,,ner had <br />been directed to appear before the Board on this date -to show cause <br />why subject property had not been repaired as ordered. - <br />k1r. Liszewski further advised the Board that the owner had contacted <br />him prior to the hearing and advised that he had made arrangements <br />for financing the repairs and requested a continuance of 60 days at <br />the ,expiration of this continuance brio -thirds of the repairs will have <br />been completed. <br />Upon the reconniendation of lMr. Liszewski., the Board agreed to such a <br />continuance. <br />SPECIAL POLICE BOND <br />The Board approved a Special Police Bond for Leon L. Reuhland and <br />ordered same placed on file. The Commission had been approved <br />previously. <br />VvEiglas &_ LEASURES MONTHLY REPORT <br />A report for the month of 11arch, 1965 from the Department of Weights <br />& ?Measures was submitted to the Board, accepted and ordered placed on <br />file. <br />STREET LIGHT -OUTAGE REPORTS <br />Street Light Outage Reports were accepted and ordered placed on file. <br />There being no further business to come before -the Board, the -meeting <br />was adjourned at 11:35 A.TA. <br />Clerktest: ich .Duck, <br />I <br />
