Subject: During the excavation of the aeration gallery extension, an unforeseen live 3" water line was discovered to be in conflict with the new structure. Per the attached sketch provided by the City of South Bend, the following pricing is for the removal of a portion of the existing piping and installation of new piping to revise the pipe routing around the new structure.
