4/28/69 <br />AREA PLAN RECOMMENDATION - CHARLES NIBLICK <br />On the petition of Charles Niblick for the vacation of the first ease <br />west alley north of Marion Street from Scott Street east to the north - <br />south alley between Scott Street and Leland Avenue, Situated between <br />Lots 25 and 26 in James D. Kent's Subdivision of Bank Out Lot 114. <br />Area Plan Commission recommends favorably for the vacation of said <br />alley. Upon motion made, seconded and unanimously carried, the petition <br />is referred to the City Engineer for the preparation of a Vacation <br />Resolution. <br />SALARY INCREASE APPROVED - RALPH ROSENBERG - MORRIS CIVIC AUDITORIUM <br />Following discussion, the motion was made, seconded and unanimously <br />carried to increase the salary of Ralph Rosenberg, acting manager of <br />Morris Civic Auditorium, from $170.00 semi-monthly to $250.00 semi- <br />monthly, commencing May 1, 1969, through June 30, 1969, and that <br />the working hours for Mr. Rosenberg be changed from 0:00 A.M. to <br />2:00 P. M., to 11:00 A.M. to 4:00 P.M. <br />REQUEST TO SELL POPPIES - AMERICAN AUXILIARY UNIT #272 <br />The request of American Legion Auxiliary Unit No. 272, 1712 S.
