This petition requests the <br />following variances: <br />1) From the required 50% of the elevation view from the street frontage to be located <br />between the 0' Minimum and 15' Minimum Front setback to 0 %. <br />2) From the required 15' setback for interior access drives and parking to 5' which roads <br />framing the site will include pillars with fencing along the boundary with landscaping. <br />3) From the required 5' rear setback to 0' rear setback. <br />4) From the requirement that the trash enclosure not be located between the front facade <br />and the front lot line. Petitioner expects to screen the dumpsters. <br />5) From the required foundation landscaping around a dumpster enclosure to none. <br />Petitioner expects to screen the dumpsters. <br />6) From the required perimeter yard landscaping to none. Petitioner does expect to use a <br />fence and landscaping hedging. <br />7) From the required interior off - street parking area landscaping to none. Petitioner is <br />currently considering the addition of trees in the surface area lots. <br />8) From the requirement that off - street loading not be located between the front lot line and <br />the front facade of the building. <br />9) From the required 20' -0" minimum depth of parking spaces of off - street parking areas to <br />181-011. <br />
