We believe that an annual progress report from the City Administration on each of these plans <br />would be a helpful. This method would provide opportunities for the public and the Council to receive <br />valuable information on the status of such development and neighborhood plans throughout our city. <br />The attached Resolution supports these concepts by: <br />Raising awareness about the status of neighborhood plans and development plans by having <br />information shared on a regular annual basis; and <br />Providing notice to the City Administration that the Zoning and Annexation Committee would be <br />scheduling time to hear updates on each neighborhood plan and development plan beginning in <br />2017. <br />It is asked that this proposed resolution be referred to the Zoning and Annexation Committee for <br />discussion, review, and recommendation at its November 28th meeting.
