<br />OPEN BIDS - IMPROVEMENT RESOLUTION NO. 3321, 1970 - BEALE STREET SEWER
<br />This being the date set for receiving bids for the improvement of Beale Street,
<br />from Cushing Street to Riverside Drive, by constructing a local sewer, the Clerk
<br />tendered proofs of publication in the south Bend Tribune and the Tri County
<br />News which were read and found to be proper.
<br />The following bids were received;
<br />H. DeWulf Mechanical Contractor Inc., 58600 Executive Drive, P. 0. Box
<br />2737 Mishawaka, Indiana. Non collusion affidavit was found to be
<br />proper. The bid was accompanied by a bid bond in the amount of 5% of
<br />the bid and a bidder's financial statement (Indiana State Board of
<br />Accounts Form No. 96-a).

<br />Completion time 90 calendar days.
