5 8/31/70 (12) The first north -south alley east of Kaley Street be- tween the north line of Washington Street and the south line of the east -west alley between Washington Street and Holland Street. (13) The second north -south alley east of Kaley Street between the north line of Washington Street and the south line of the east -west alley between Washington Street and Holland Street. (14) The first north -south alley east of Kaley Street be- tween the north line of the east -west alley between Washington Street and Holland Street and the south line of Holland Street. (15) The second north -south alley east of Kaley Street be- tween the north line of the east -west alley between Washington Street and Holland Street and the south line of Holland Street. (16) The first north -south alley east of Kaley Street be- tween the north line of Holland Street and the south line of the east -west alley between Holland Street and Colfax Avenue. (17) The first north -south alley east of Kaley Street between the north line of the east -west alley between Holland Street and Colfax Avenue and the south line of Colfax Avenue. (18) The east -west alley between Lots 624 and 625 between the east line of Meade Street and the west line of the first north -south alley east of Meade Street. (19) The east -west alley between Lots 597 and 598 between the east line of Meade Street and the west line of the first north -south alley east of Meade Street. Reserving the rights and easements of all utilities and the Municipal City of South Bend, Indiana, to construct and maintain any facilities, including, but not limited to, the following: electric, telephone, gas, water control structures and ditches, within the vacated right of way unless such rights are released by the individual utilities. The following property may be injuriously or beneficially affected by such vacation. Area bounded on the west by Kaley Street, on the east by Olive Street, on the south by Western Avenue, and on the north by the Penn Central amd the Chicago South Shoure and South Bend Railroad right of way. Notice of this resolution shall be published on the 4th day of September, 1970, and on the llth day of September, 1970, in the South Bend Tribune and in the Tri County News. This Board, at its office, on the 14th day of September, 1970, at 9:30 A.M., will hear and receive remonstrances from all -persons interested in or affected by these proceedings.
