Special Meeting June 30, 1970 <br />A special meeting of the Board of Public Works and Safety convened <br />at 7:30 P.M. on June 30, 1970. Present were Lloyd S. Taylor and <br />James A. Bickel. <br />John Worley of Clyde E. Williams and Associates was also present <br />together with approximately 35 interested property owners. <br />This being the date set for Public Hearing, proofs of publications <br />in the South Bend Tribune -and Tri County News on June 12, 1970 <br />and June 19, 1970 were tendered and found to be sufficient for <br />Resolutions Nos. 3318, 3319 and 3320. <br />After hearing all persons interested who appeared, and they being <br />fully advised as to the proposed improvements, the following <br />resolutions are hereby confirmed: <br />Resolution #3318 -- Washington Avenue from Greenlawn'to <br />Ironwood Drive (Class C Pavement with curbs and curb repair). <br />Resolution #3319 -- Gertrude Street from, Ewing Avenue to <br />Prairie Avenue (Class C Pavement with curbs). . <br />Resolution #3320 -- The alley between 25th and 26th Street <br />from Pleasant Street south approximately 215 feet then <br />west to 25th Street (Class C, Type I°Concrete Pavement) <br />And'the Board decides that the benefits to the property liable <br />to be assessed for said improvement are equal to the estimated <br />cost of the same. <br />There being no further business to come before the Board the <br />meeting adjourned. <br />Attest: <br />Clerk <br />1 <br />r,P6. s A.
