Louis Kuhn's Subdivision by Associates Discount Corporation This petition was filed with the Board and copy referred to the Engineering Dept. for appropriate action. APPLICATIONS FOR LICENSES TO OPERATE TAXICAB IN SOUTH BEND -- DONALD A. HEILMAN WALTER WAGNER It was moved,seconded and carried that these two requests for taxi- cab licenses be approved subject to (1) filing of the proper certi- ficate of insurance, (2) the vehicle be inspected by Dept. of Weights and Measures (3) that by the granting of these licenses the Courtesy Cab Association would not be exceeding the number of cabs authorized by their "Certificate of Public Convenience and Necessity".
