•'y�1' <br />Special meeting May 20, 1970. <br />A special meeting of the Board of Public Works and Safety convened at 7:30 <br />P.M., on May 20, 1970. Present were Lloyd S. Taylor <br />Also present was John Worley of .Clyde E. Williams and Associates, Inc., con- <br />sulting engineers. Present also were approximately 25 interested residents. <br />CONFIRMATION OF IMPROVEMENT RESOLUTION NO. 3311, 1970 <br />ALLEY BETWEEN HOLLYWOOD PLACE AND INGLEWOOD <br />For the improvement of the alley,betweeh Hollywood Place and Inglewood Place <br />from Woodlawn to Oakwood, by constructing a Class C, Type I concrete pavement. <br />This being the date set for hearing, proofs of publication in the South Bend <br />Tribune and the Tri County News on May 1 and May 8, 1970, were tendered by <br />the Clerk and found to be sufficient. <br />The procedure for the improvement under the five-year improvement plan was <br />explained by Mr. Taylor; and Mir. 'Worley explained the types of construction <br />and the cost of the improvement. <br />After hearing all persons interested who appeared and being fully advised in <br />the premises, the Board decides that the benefits to the property liable to <br />be assessed for said improvement are equal to the estimated cost of the same <br />and, upon motion made, seconded and carried, said Resolution adopted April 27, <br />1970, was in all things confirmed.and the improvement ordered made. <br />There being no further business to come before the Board, the meeting adjourned <br />at 8:45 P.M. <br />Taylor <br />1 <br />.M <br />
