<br />REQUEST TO CLOSE NORTHSIDE BOULEVARD FOR CONCERT 5/13/70 - INDIANA UNIVERSITY
<br />STUDENT GOVERNMENT ,
<br />Upon motion made, seconded and carried, the Board approved the request of
<br />Gerald D. Schpok, for Indiana University Student Government, 1825 Northside
<br />Boulevard, South Bend, Indiana, to close Northside Boulevard from 20th 6treet
<br />to Greenlawn Avenue during a music concert on May 13, 1970, between the
<br />hours of 8:30 P.M. and 12:00 midnight on condition that evidence of pvoper
<br />insurance to save the City of South Bend harmless is provided to the Board.
<br />REQUEST TO HOLD PARADE 5/23/70 - MAURICE MATTHYS LITTLE LEAGUE
<br />Upon motion made, seconded and unanimously carried, the Board approved the
<br />request of Norbert Wasikowski for the Maurice Matthys Little League, 4423 W.
<br />Huron Street, South Bend, Indiana to hold a parade on May 23, 1970, commencing.
<br />at 9:30 A.M. and lasting approximately one hour and a half. Evidence of
<br />insurance coverage to hold the City harmless was provided.
<br />TRANSFER OF TAXICAB LICENSE - FROM ERNEST ZICK TO PATRICK J. KILLELEA
<br />The request of Patrick J. Killelea, 1016 N. Notre Dame Avenue, South Bend,
<br />Indiana for the transfer of License #11, in the name of Ernest Zick, now
<br />retired, to Patrick J. Killelea, upon motion made, seconded and carried, was
<br />referred to the City Controller.
<br />"IN KIND" RENT VOUCHERS - A.C.T.I.O.N., INC.
<br />"In kind" rent vouchers for the month of May, 1970, for Fire Station #5 in
<br />the amount of $169.62 and for Fire Station #7 in the amount of $200.00 were
<br />ordered filed.

<br />Upon motion made, seconded and unanimously carried, the Board approved the
<br />recommendation of the Traffic Engineering Department for the installation
<br />of street lights as follows:
