8/14/72 <br />STREET LIGHT OUTAGE REPORTS <br />Street light outage reports were received and ordered filed for a period <br />of 7/29/72 to 8/11/72. <br />There being no further business to come before the Board, 1i.upon , <br />motion made, seconded and carried, the meeting was adjourned at <br />10:50 ABM. <br />ATTEST: <br />J/-Z"4" &a� <br />Clerk <br />August 17, 1972 <br />A Special Meeting of the BoarA of Public WOnks and Safety was held on <br />Thursday, August 17, 1972 at 2:00 P.M. All members were present. <br />The meeting was called to take action on a request from Chief Seals to <br />approve retroactively a trip made by Detective Sergeant Szweda to Camp <br />LeJune, Gouth Carolina in the early a.m. of August 7, 1972. The trip <br />was in the company of a Deputy Prosecutor to talk to a witness in a <br />case involving the Danch Murder. Sergeant Sweda returned on August 9th. <br />Upon motion made, seconded and carried, the Board approved retroactively <br />the aforementioned trip as a necessary one, and approved expenditures <br />should they become necessary. <br />There being no further business to come before the Board the meeting was, <br />upon motion made, seconded and carried adjourned at 2:10 P.M. <br />ATTEST: <br />Clerk <br />Charles A.
