333 <br />6/5/72 <br />The first East-West alley south of Riverside <br />Drive running from Leland Avenue to the first <br />North -South alley. <br />Reserving the rights and easements of all Utilities and the <br />.Municipal City of South Bend, Indiana, to construct and maintain any <br />facilities, including, but not limited to, the following: electric, <br />telephone, gas, water, sewer, surface water control structures and <br />ditches, within the vacated right of way, unless such rights are released by <br />the individual Utilities. <br />The following property may be injuriously or beneficially <br />affected by such property: <br />Lot,61, 3rd plat of Shetterly Addition, and <br />Lot 19, Shetterly Place 1st Plat <br />Notice of this Resolution shall be published on the 9th day <br />of June, and on the 16th day of June, 1972 in the South Bend Tribune and <br />1114 the Tri County News. <br />r-I <br />21� This Board, at its office, on the 19th day of June, 1972 at <br />�-+ 9:30 o'clock A.M., will hear and receive remonstrances from all persons <br />interested in or affected by these proceedings. <br />U <br />Adopted this 5th day of June, 1972. <br />BOARD OF PUBLIC WORKS AND SAFETY <br />s/ Charles A. Noble, Clerk <br />LETTER FROM EMMANUEL CHURCH OF DELIVERANCE <br />A letter was received from the Emmanuel Church of Deliverance, 415 <br />West LaSalle Avenue, South Bend, requesting permission to conduct a <br />March as follows: <br />Originate from the church, proceed South on Williams <br />Street to Jefferson, East on Jefferson to Kresge Co., <br />where songs will be sung, proceed south on Michigan <br />to Western Avenue, West on Wester to Chapin Street, <br />North on Chapin to the K & F Food Mkt. where songs will <br />be sung, proceed north on Chapin to Washington, West <br />on Washington to Walnut where songs will be sung. <br />This is for the opening of its Annual Youth Convention from July 3rd <br />to July 8th. <br />Upon motion made, seconded and carried, this was referred to the Bureau <br />of Traffic for investigation and report. <br />MUNICIPAL PARKING GARAGES - HOURS <br />A letter was received from Mr. Stanley Hull, Manager of the Parking <br />Garages asking for permission to close the Jefferson Garage at 11:00 <br />A.M. instead of 1:00 A.M and the Colfax Garage at 12:00 A.M. instead <br />of 1:00 A.M. <br />Upon motion made, seconded and carried, the Board accepted the above <br />recommendation and directed the garages closed at the stated hours. <br />
