COMBINED BID 168,220.00 <br />The bids were turned over to Mathews, Purucker & Associates for <br />tabulation.and report. <br />BUILDING DEPARTMENT <br />Mr. Richard Liszewski, Sub -Standards Director, was present and the <br />following matters were discussed.: <br />1217 South Rush Street <br />Jessie Nicodemus having been requested to appear before the Board to <br />show cause why the dwelling at 1217 South Rush Street should not be <br />demolished, and Jessie Nicodemus not having appeared, upon motion <br />made, seconded and carried, the Board now authorized Mr. Liszewski <br />to seek bids for the demolition of the structure at 121.7 South Rush.. <br />614 East Keasey Street <br />Ruby L. Keefer and Bertha Wilcoxen were requested to appear before the <br />Board on this date. Neither Ruby L. Keefer nor Bertha Wilcoaen appeared <br />toshow cause why the building at 614 East Keasey Street should not be <br />demolished. Upon motion made, seconded and carried the Board directed <br />Mr. Liszewski to seek bids for the demolition of the structure. <br />225-227 East Elder Street <br />Frank Lax and Velma Lax were requested to appear before the Board on <br />this date. Neither Frank or Velma Lax appeared to show cause why the <br />structure at 225-227 East Elder Street should not be demolished. Upon <br />motion made, seconded and carried the Board directed Mr. Liszewski to <br />seek bids for the demolition of the structure. <br />612 East Wender Street <br />Theodore and Mary Longbrake were requested to appear before the Board <br />on this date. Neither Theodore nor Mary Longbrake appeared to show <br />cause why the structure at 612 East Wenger Street should not be demol- <br />ished. Upon motion made, seconded and carried the Board directed Mr. <br />Liszewski to seek bids for the demolition of the structure. <br />616 East Wenger Street <br />Marilyn J. Gant was requested to appear before the Board on this <br />date. Marilyn J. Gant not having appeared to show cause why the <br />demolition of the structure at 616 East Wenger Street should not be <br />demolished, upon motion made, seconded and carried, the Board now <br />directs Mr. Liszewski to seek bids for the demolition of the structure. <br />724 George Avenue <br />This being the date set for receiving bids for the demolition of the <br />structure at 724 George Avenue, the following bids were opened: <br />1 <br />
